Mindfulness Meditation is a non-religious mental training that can be thought of as a kind of physiotherapy for the mind.
In this free talk, you will learn what Mindfulness Meditation is, and experience a meditation practice session with the chance to ask questions. You’ll hear about the benefits of Mindfulness Meditation, as based on more than 30 years of medical research. A meditation training CD will be available to buy for $10.00.
Dr. Kate Partridge is a London psychologist who has had a personal meditation practice for 25 years. She has been teaching meditation for 15 years.
